This information is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, trade, or share this information with any third party. The text and names you enter into our 3D generators (such as nameplate names, keychain text, or pet tag inscriptions) are processed anonymously and in real time. These inputs are not permanently stored on our servers after the 3D model file has been generated and delivered to you.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Generated 3D model files (STL and 3MF) are temporarily stored for up to 24 hours to facilitate download, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.
