Traditional CAD tools like Fusion 360, Blender, or other advanced engineering software have steep learning curves that can take months to master. DesignForge bridges that gap by offering instant, web-based generation of perfectly manifold (watertight) 3D model files that are guaranteed to slice and print correctly on any consumer FDM or SLA printer.

Who We Are

DesignForge was built by a team of passionate 3D printing enthusiasts and software engineers with years of hands-on experience in parametric modeling, custom scripting, slicer optimization, and cloud infrastructure. We have collectively printed thousands of custom nameplates, keychains, and decorative items on machines ranging from entry-level Ender 3 printers to high-speed Bambu Lab systems. Every design template we create is tested extensively across multiple printer models, filament types, and slicer configurations to ensure flawless results for our users.

Every generated file is available in both STL and 3MF formats. Our 3MF exports include embedded color data for seamless multi-material printing on systems like the Bambu Lab AMS or Prusa MMU.
